After years of working in the design and refurb industry, where most disputes arise as a result processes and timing alike, we felt that the traditional process of client/architect/contractor/sub-contractor was messy, confused and often led to a difficult experience for the client. We decided to streamline this process to become a turn-key, design and build businesses and we've coined it CIC which stands for Conceptulistaion. Implemantation &Completion.
